Matsuura appointed as UK reseller of HP’s Metal Jet 3D printers
The company has previously sold more than 100 Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) 3D printers nationwide
Matsuura Machinery, a machine manufacturing company, has been appointed as the exclusive UK reseller of HP’s Metal Jet 3D printers.
Since 2018, Matsuura has been HP’s UK reseller for Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) 3D printers, installing more than 100 systems nationwide and providing end-to-end service and support. This proven track record with HP’s polymer printing technology positions Matsuura to lead the introduction of HP’s Metal Jet – a high-volume, production-grade metal 3D printing solution.
The HP Metal Jet uses advanced binder jetting technology to produce complex, high-quality metal parts at scale, offering significant productivity, cost-efficiency, and design freedom. Its capabilities make it well-suited for industries such as automotive, industrial, medical, and consumer products, where precision and performance are critical.

Matsuura’s Additive Manufacturing Centre in Leicestershire will serve as the hub for Metal Jet demonstrations, applications development, training, and long-term customer support. As with HP’s MJF printers, Metal Jet will be backed by the company’s team of specialised AM Applications Engineers.
