# Exentis signs $27.5 million framework deal for 15 production systems in Asia

[Exentis Group AG](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/exentis-group/), a Swiss provider of technology platforms for industrialized additive large-scale manufacturing, has concluded a framework agreement [with a new customer in Asia for 15 production systems](https://www.voxelmatters.com/exentis-sells-10-production-systems-to-partner-in-asia/). The company reported an order volume of approximately CHF 22 million ($27.5 million).

The customer, whose identity and country Exentis did not disclose, plans to [use the systems for large-scale production of components](https://www.voxelmatters.com/exentis-group-ag-sells-9-machines-in-the-us/) for the consumer electronics market, the company reported.

Rolf Bachmann, Chief Executive Officer of Exentis Group AG, said: “We are very pleased to have convinced another key customer in Asia of the benefits of our unique technology platform. Consumer electronics is a particularly attractive market for Exentis, as high production volumes coincide with demanding requirements in terms of precision, component performance and manufacturing costs.

“This is where our technology platform can fully leverage its strengths: the large-scale production of millions of high-precision parts, while offering free choice of materials, maximum design flexibility – including the ability to adapt component geometries within just a few days – and an attractive cost-benefit ratio. This major order also underscores the international scalability of our business model across a wide range of market segments.”

With this agreement, Exentis concludes another in a series of large-volume framework agreements with customers in Asia, Europe and the United States.
