While most large-format extrusion systems hover around 1–2 kg of daily material output, the Construct 2 moves the ceiling to 8 kg per day – and crucially, does so without degrading part quality or dimensional tolerance. Intelligent process monitoring and adaptive controls keep the system stable over long print cycles, reducing downtime and eliminating the variability that usually comes with pushing print speeds.
