XTPL selects Estonia-based Tech Group to manufacture Delta Printing System devices
Outsourcing marks product maturity as XTPL refocuses internal resources on UPD modules and DPS+ development
Polish deep-tech company XTPL has entered into a manufacturing partnership with Tech Group of Estonia to produce its Delta Printing System devices. The move represents a major milestone in XTPL’s transition from in-house prototyping to scalable, outsourced production as its DPS line reaches commercial maturity.
The DPS is a platform used for research and development that tests XTPL’s Ultra-Precise Dispensing technology, which allows for the exact application of metallic nano-inks with a precision of 1 micrometer The system serves as a technology demonstrator, helping research institutions and industrial users explore applications in advanced electronics, including semiconductors, displays, flexible and hybrid circuits, and bioelectronics. XTPL reports that more than 40 DPS units are now operational in laboratories and industrial facilities across Europe, Asia, and North America.
Under the new agreement, Tech Group will assume responsibility for DPS manufacturing beginning in 2026, with nearly all units expected to originate from its Estonian facility by 2027. The partnership follows a multi-month testing and validation phase in which Tech Group successfully completed both joint and independent production of DPS devices.
“This is a mature and highly standardized product, and we are ready to entrust its further production to Tech Group from Estonia, gaining greater scale and flexibility,” said Filip Granek, Chief Executive Officer of XTPL S.A. “This will allow us to reallocate internal resources toward producing more UPD modules and DPS+ devices, for which we expect growing sales next year.”
XTPL states that outsourcing DPS manufacturing will improve working capital efficiency by reducing inventory requirements and transferring responsibility for component procurement to its manufacturing partner. The company expects the arrangement to maintain strong margins through Tech Group’s economies of scale and purchasing power.

Tech Group specializes in contract manufacturing of precision, high-tech equipment and will produce DPS devices under defined lead times and preassembled unit inventories to ensure quick market response.

Since accelerating commercialization in 2023, XTPL has consistently delivered more than ten DPS units per year, with device prices ranging from about €170,000 to €220,000 ($185,000–$239,000), depending on customer and region. About 47% of installed systems are located in Europe, 29% in Asia, and 24% in North America.
XTPL currently operates three commercial business lines: UPD modules for industrial electronics production, the DPS technology demonstrator, and High-Performance Materials (HPM), including the company’s proprietary metallic nano-inks. The new manufacturing arrangement is designed to free capacity for scaling UPD and DPS+ product lines, which XTPL expects will drive its next phase of growth in 2026.
