# Xometry reports record Q4 and strong FY 2025 results

[Xometry](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/xometry/) reported strong full-year 2025 results as its manufacturing marketplace continued to outgrow its services segment. The company generated about $687 million in total revenue for 2025, including $630 million in marketplace revenue, up 30% year over year, and $57.0 million in services revenue, down 4%.

The company tied its enterprise momentum to increased adoption of its supply chain software and procurement workflows. Xometry reported that accounts with at least $500,000 in trailing 12-month spend rose by about 30% to more than 140 during 2025.

## Xometry's record Q4 2025

Q4 2025 revenue stands at $192 million, up 30% year over year, as marketplace revenue reached $178 million, up 33%. Gross profit increased 27% to $75.2 million, and adjusted EBITDA improved by $7.3 million year over year to $8.4 million. Net loss attributable to common stockholders was $8.6 million, while non-GAAP net income was $9.1 million. Services revenue was $13.9 million, down 1%.

“Q4 was another record quarter, capping a transformative year for Xometry as enterprise customers rapidly adopted our supply chain solutions,” said Randy Altschuler, Chief Executive Officer of Xometry. “In Q4, we delivered 30% revenue growth year-over-year, underscoring the strength of our product-driven growth, pace of marketplace innovation, and expanding global network.”

“In Q4, we delivered robust marketplace gross profit growth, which increased 36% year-over-year,” said James Miln, Chief Financial Officer of Xometry. “Our adjusted EBITDA improved by $7.3 million year-over-year to $8.4 million. In 2025, we delivered incremental adjusted EBITDA margins of 20%, reflecting the strong leverage in our marketplace model. We expect to continue to deliver 20% annual incremental adjusted EBITDA margins as we scale towards $1 billion in revenue.”

Xometry also reported a net loss attributable to common stockholders of $61.7 million, including a $16.4 million non-recurring loss on debt extinguishment, while adjusted EBITDA rose to $18.5 million, an improvement of $28.2 million from 2024. On a non-GAAP basis, the company reported net income of $20.8 million for 2025, compared with a non-GAAP net loss of $2.1 million a year earlier.

The company also highlighted balance sheet positioning and capital structure changes. Xometry reported $219 million in cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities as of Dec. 31, 2025, and said it completed a $250 million refinancing with 0.75% convertible notes due 2030, using proceeds in part to repurchase more than $200 million in the principal amount of existing convertible notes due 2027. Xometry also reported entering into a capped call hedge with an initial cap price of $63.35.

## Product & network highlights

Xometry expanded the supply side of its marketplace, reaching 4,996 active suppliers at year-end, up 17%. The supplier push emphasized larger U.S. suppliers with quality certifications and a broader sourcing footprint spanning Europe, China, India, and Turkey.

On Thomasnet, Xometry rolled out performance-based listings that let industrial suppliers run targeted sponsored placements with budget controls and campaign tracking. It also upgraded Thomasnet search with a “smart search” experience, driving more than 15% more supplier evaluations versus the prior search functionality.

Xometry added eight new high-quality materials for 3D printing methods like fused deposition modeling and stereolithography, focusing on advanced uses in fields like aerospace, defense, medical devices, and automotive. In CNC machining, it added a “preferred subprocess” option to let buyers specify machining approaches while keeping automated pricing and lead times, and it expanded tolerance choices with new looser options aimed at lowering cost for less precise components.

## Targeting increased automation

Workflow and automation updates centered on repeatability and faster procurement. [Xometry released a Workcenter mobile app to extend its quote-to-cash tooling for suppliers](https://www.voxelmatters.com/xometry-launches-new-workcenter-mobile-app/), added auto-quoting for injection molding in the U.S. following an earlier European rollout, and enhanced AI-powered design-for-manufacturing features by automatically extracting attributes such as materials, processes, and tolerances from technical drawings and CAD files to improve quoting and supplier matching.

Security and international enterprise features also advanced. Xometry obtained Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 for aerospace and defense requirements, expanded Teamspace into Europe, the UK and Turkey, launched a parts library in Europe to consolidate and reuse models and drawings from prior quotes and orders, and added procurement integrations aimed at letting enterprise buyers order through Xometry while staying inside their procurement platforms.
