# Xometry releases new enterprise lead time prediction model

[Xometry Inc, the AI-native custom manufacturing marketplace operator](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/xometry/), has released its new Enterprise Machining Lead Time Prediction Model and expanded its dynamic pricing logic.

The extension in capabilities of its proprietary Instant Quoting Engine (IQE), with tools designed to improve delivery reliability and sourcing precision for enterprise buyers, is aimed at easing growing market pressures around unpredictable tariffs and supply chain dynamics.

## Significantly increased dataset for improved timeline accuracy

The updated lead time model is trained on a dataset four times larger than its predecessor, and draws on production and delivery performance data from Xometry's extensive global Partner Network of manufacturing suppliers.

The model incorporates overhead factors, including specialized certifications such as AS9100D and ISO 9001, new materials, and advanced finishing options. An improved reliability in timelines for custom-ordered parts is also claimed by the company, and the update has also optimized and expanded support for one-day lead times across a wider catalog of materials and geometries.

“This release represents more than just an incremental update; it is a foundation for future innovations and a fundamental shift in how we approach manufacturing speed and reliability at scale,” stated Vaidy Raghavan, Chief Product & Technology Officer at Xometry.

“By closing the data loop with our Partner Network and accelerating model deployment cycles through continuous training, we have reduced the time from insight to production impact. This allows us to solve complex, context-dependent sourcing challenges that static software or isolated AI agents cannot address.”

## Personalized pricing moves from testing to broader deployment

Alongside the lead time model, Xometry has also updated the dynamic pricing logic across its IQE. The system uses a conversion rate model that analyzes geometric features, quote configurations, and customer-specific historical data to generate a price-response function for each individual part and quote, as opposed to a reliance on static cost tables.

These enhanced pricing models completed user testing in Q4 2025 and are now being deployed to US customers through Q1 2026. [The company recently reported strong 2025 Q4 and full-year results](https://www.voxelmatters.com/xometry-reports-record-q4-and-strong-fy-2025-results/), and a [planned transition in leadership for 2026](https://www.voxelmatters.com/xometry-names-sanjeev-singh-sahni-as-ceo/) to continue its "increasingly profitable trajectory”.

Xometry's proprietary models are embedded within live marketplace transactions. This enables integrated digital quoting, supplier selection, production performance, and delivery outcomes into what the company describes as a closed-loop learning system, in which each completed order informs future predictions.
