# Xometry Q1 2026 hits record $205 million as Siemens invests $50 million

[Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR)](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/xometry/) posted record first-quarter 2026 revenue of $205 million, up 36% year-over-year, as marketplace growth accelerated and the company reached adjusted EBITDA profitability of $10.5 million—a very significant improvement of $10.4 million compared to the same period in 2025.

Marketplace revenue, which accounts for the bulk of Xometry's business, rose 40% year-over-year to $191 million, while gross profit in that segment climbed 53% to $66.4 million. Marketplace gross margin expanded to 34.7%, up from 31.8% in Q1 2025. Total gross profit reached $78.5 million, up 39% year-over-year.

Active marketplace buyers grew 20% to 85,581 as of March 31, 2026, while accounts with trailing twelve-month spend of at least $50,000 increased 21% to 1,864.

"In the first quarter, we delivered 36% revenue growth year-over-year, underscoring the strength of our marketplace innovation and expanding global network," said Randy Altschuler, CEO at Xometry. "This quarter marks a significant acceleration of marketplace growth, driven by increasing wallet share and rapid adoption of our supply chain solutions."

## Siemens to buy $50 million in stocks

Alongside the earnings release, Xometry disclosed a strategic partnership with Siemens that will embed Xometry's manufacturability analysis, pricing, and sourcing capabilities directly within the Siemens Xcelerator platform. The integration is designed to give engineers access to instant quoting and supplier matching at the point of design. Siemens invested approximately $50 million in Xometry Class A common stock as part of the deal.
“Xometry and Siemens share a common opportunity: embed AI directly into the digital design thread, putting manufacturability, pricing, sourcing and execution intelligence in front of engineers at the instant design decisions are made. Xometry has built and trained its AI-native platform on the real-world complexities of manufacturing, including millions of part files, actual manufacturer feedback and production outcomes at global scale. This partnership enables us to deliver this intelligence to engineers inside the design systems and workflows where manufacturing decisions are made. When that intelligence is embedded inside the world's leading industrial software, everyone wins,” said Randy Altschuler, co-founder and CEO, Xometry.

On the platform side, Xometry introduced a new enterprise machining lead-time model in its Instant Quoting Engine, trained on a dataset four times larger than in previous versions. The model incorporates specialized certifications, new materials, and finishing options and expands rapid delivery options, including one-day lead times. The company also updated its dynamic pricing logic to use a conversion-rate model that analyzes geometric features, quote configurations, and customer-specific historical data to generate part-level price-response functions.

Xometry's injection molding offering in the U.S. added six new materials and three finishes, increasing the selection of instantly quotable injection-molded parts by more than 15%.

## Approaching $1B

For Q2 2026, Xometry guided for revenue of $214–$216 million, representing 32–33% growth year-over-year, with adjusted EBITDA of $11–$12 million. For the full year, the company raised its revenue growth outlook from a prior target of at least 21% to 27–28%, driven by approximately 30% marketplace growth, with incremental adjusted EBITDA margins of at least 20%.

"Our Adjusted EBITDA improved by $10.4 million year-over-year to $10.5 million, reflecting the strong leverage in our marketplace model," said James Miln, CFO at Xometry. "We expect to continue to deliver 20% annual incremental Adjusted EBITDA margins as we rapidly scale to $1 billion in revenue."
