# XJet names 3D-Werk Black Forest as German reseller

[XJet](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/xjet/) has appointed [3D-Werk Black Forest GmbH](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/3d-werk-black-forest-gmbh/) as a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) for its Carmel system family in Germany. The agreement gives manufacturers in the country a new route to evaluate and adopt XJet's ceramic and metal NanoParticle Jetting (NPJ) technology through a partner with over two decades of industrial AM experience.

Under the arrangement, 3D-Werk will represent the [full Carmel lineup as part of a solution that covers configuration, application development, workflow guidance, training, and ongoing support](https://www.voxelmatters.com/xjet-unveils-carmel-pro-metal-and-ceramic-3d-printer/). 

[The company operates an Experience Center in southern Germany](https://www.voxelmatters.com/3d-werk-3d-prints-metal-parts-on-a-fuse1-3d-printer-using-cmf/) where customers can assess technologies under working conditions before committing to a purchase, and runs service offerings spanning prototyping through to serial production.

“3D-Werk has spent years building the expertise, the facilities, and the customer trust to help German industry make genuinely informed decisions about needed migration of production to additive manufacturing,” said Gerhard Duda, Chief Executive Officer at 3D-Werk.

## NEXT3D Appearance and CeramTec Collaboration

XJet will appear as a Platinum Sponsor at NEXT3D, 3D-Werk's annual technology summit which runs June 9–10. Advanced ceramics manufacturer [CeramTec](https://www.3dprintingbusiness.directory/company/ceramtec/), an existing XJet customer, will join the company at the event to present ceramic AM applications.
