XJet 3D partners with Complete AM to open up US opportunities
Collaboration will see XJet’s Carmel 1400M metal additive manufacturing system rolled out Stateside, as the Israeli company strengthens North American presence
Pioneering metal and ceramic direct material jetting solution provider XJet 3D will work with Complete AM in the US as its full-service channel partner for both ceramic and metal additive manufacturing solutions.
As part of the collaboration, Complete AM will deploy XJet’s Carmel 1400M metal additive manufacturing system in the North American market at scale. Youngstown Business Incubator (YBI) in Ohio recently acquired one of the systems, as the region enhanced its AM ecosystem.
Complete AM, a service and knowledge hub based in Schaumburg, Illinois, delivers end-to-end servicing from machine and component sales to material development. It specializes in future-proofing equipment and building production workflows, and has a team of seasoned mechanical and electronic engineering experts.
The addition of XJet’s NanoParticle Jetting (NPJ) solution will be Complete AM’s first direct material jetting system in-house, completing their wide-ranging technology portfolio.
The strategic move gives both companies added reach in the US market. XJet will strengthen its position in North America, ensuring customers receive high-level support. Complete AM will provide unprecedented access to high-precision, complex geometries in technical ceramics and metals for high-value components.

XJet 3D now has more than 80 registered patents across innovative applications that serve industries as diverse as aerospace and defense, medical devices and surgical instruments, luxury consumer products, and precision components manufacturing.
It’s been a busy period for the company – it released its Carmel Pro metal and ceramic 3D printing system just before the turn of the new year, offering a compact and cost-efficient way to provide its NPJ technology to SMEs and research centers.
