# Weerg shows off world’s largest fleet of identical HP MJF 5620 Pro systems

[Weerg, one of the largest 3D printing service providers in the world](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/weerg/), now operates 28 HP Multi Jet Fusion 5620 Pro systems in identical configuration at its 6,000 m² facility in Scorzè, in the Venice district, a setup the company describes as the largest uniform MJF installation in the world. Founded in 2015 by Venetian entrepreneur Matteo Rigamonti, Weerg operates as a fully in-house online manufacturing service with no intermediaries between customer and production. Every machine in the fleet runs the same generation hardware, the same calibration, and the same processing parameters — a deliberate departure from the mixed-fleet model common among service bureaus that accumulate hardware across different generations and platforms.

Weerg installed its first HP MJF system in 2017, making it the first such installation in Italy. By 2020, it held the largest MJF installation in EMEA, and by 2022, the largest operational MJF fleet in the world. The current 28-machine configuration extends that record.

## One process, six materials

The HP MJF 5620 Pro features a 380 × 284 × 380 mm build volume and a layer thickness of 0.09 mm, with a throughput of over 160,000 cm³ per day. Compared to earlier MJF generations, the 5620 Pro introduced improved thermal camera and roller management, which produces more compact and uniform powder layers, resulting in greater part density and homogeneity. The validated material portfolio covers PA12, PA11, PA12 GB, PA12 FR, TPU, and selected industry-specific variants. Each material runs with fixed, validated processing parameters across all 28 build chambers. The result, according to Weerg, is that mechanical properties, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy remain consistent regardless of which machine produces a given part — and regardless of when it was printed.

## Uniformity matters

Most 3D printing service bureaus expand capacity by adding whatever equipment is available, resulting in fleets with different generations, calibrations, and powder batches, which introduce variation between orders.

Weerg's uniform fleet architecture eliminates that variance at scale, making production batches from different weeks directly interchangeable. The company applies double quality control on every part and offers instant online quotes through a proprietary algorithm, with runs of hundreds of parts supplied within three days of order placement.
