Unitedcoatings Group rebrands to Lincotek

The Unitedcoatings Group has finalized its rebranding and the company’s assets will henceforth be known globally as Lincotek. The new Lincotek name replaces Unitedcoatings Group, as well as all the individual group brands, including the medical AM services division which will be known as Lincotek Additive.

The group continues to be organized by divisions, similar to the previously defined structure. These include Lincotek Surface Solutions, the global division serving the IGT and Aviation market (formerly Turbocoating); Lincotek Medical (the global division focused on the medical market (combining the former Eurocoating, Surface Dynamics, NanoSurfaces, Anteco and Eurocoating Wuxi, as well as the former CoorsTek Medical), Lincotek Equipment (the global division focused on equipment solutions (formerly Artec). Ownership of the company will remain with Linda and Nelso Antolotti.

Rebranding also extends to Lincotek Additive, the global additive brand, serviced from activities within the Surface Solutions and medical divisions. Through the creation of Lincotek Additive, Eurocoating and Turbocoating are combining experience and expertise in the additive market. The companies have 3D printed over half a million devices with best-in-class yield rates, material consumption and per-unit costs.
