# Stratasys opens 200,000-square-foot Americas headquarters in Minnesota

[Stratasys opened its Americas Regional Corporate Headquarters](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/stratasys/)—referred to internally as ARCH—in Minnetonka, Minnesota, consolidating engineering, advanced research and development, applications expertise, customer collaboration, and its Stratasys Direct on-demand manufacturing business in a single 200,000-square-foot facility. The opening ceremony drew three sitting members of the U.S. House of Representatives, executives from the National Association of Manufacturers, and Stratasys co-founders Scott and Lisa Crump.

"This state-of-the-art facility in Minnesota brings together our talent, technology, and the capabilities needed to innovate, collaborate, and help our customers accelerate additive manufacturing production at scale," said Dr. Yoav Zeif, Chief Executive Officer of Stratasys.

The Minnetonka opening signals a consolidation of U.S. operations and a public commitment to domestic manufacturing investment at a time when industrial policy has become a prominent political priority.

## A high-profile welcome

The ribbon-cutting brought together U.S. Representatives Betty McCollum, Brad Finstad, and Kelly Morrison, along with House Majority Whip Tom Emmer, who praised the facility's contribution to regional job creation. "Stratasys is helping Minnesota lead in innovation and development as a global leader in additive manufacturing," Emmer said. "Their investments in the region are bringing hundreds of high-skilled engineering, manufacturing, and technical jobs to Minnesota."

Representative McCollum tied the opening to national security: "Their innovations are making the work of our service members safer, more efficient, and more cost-effective for the taxpayer."

Erin Streeter, Executive Vice President of the National Association of Manufacturers, also attended. "Additive manufacturing is helping drive the next era of American manufacturing, and Stratasys' continued investment in Minnesota is a strong example of that progress," Streeter said.

## Supporting local 3D printing across industries

ARCH is designed to support industrial-scale 3D printing across aerospace, defense, automotive, healthcare, dental, and industrial applications. Rich Garrity, Chief Business Unit Officer of Stratasys and a member of the NAM Board, described the consolidation as operationally meaningful. "Bringing our teams together under one roof has a meaningful impact on how we operate, innovate, and serve our customers," Garrity said. "ARCH gives us the scale and workspace to accelerate collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams, enabling faster delivery of high-quality solutions."

An independent audit of the Minnetonka campus's Environmental, Health, and Safety management systems confirmed alignment with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards ahead of the opening, with renewal of both certifications recommended. Stratasys also noted a partnership with High Tech Kids and support for FIRST Robotics programs in Minnesota as part of its community engagement at the site.
