Spectroplast appoints Maximilian Eils as CEO
Leadership change signals focus on production-grade applications to drive industrial scaling of silicone 3D printing
Spectroplast AG, a specialist in industrial silicone 3D printing, has named Maximilian Eils as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective Nov. 1. The leadership change marks a strategic shift aimed at accelerating the company’s move from technical development to scalable industrial deployment.

Backed by investors HZG Group and AM Ventures, Spectroplast is positioning its silicone additive manufacturing platform as a bridge between advanced material science and industrial-scale application.
