FreeScan Trak Nova

FreeScan Trak Nova unites a portable tracking scanner, a large field-of-view handheld laser scanner, and a video photogrammetry (VPG) module into one powerful, multi-functional wireless system. The detachable handheld scanner, known as the FreeScan UE Nova, serves as both a tracking scanner and a handheld laser scanner with one of the largest fields of view in its category – enabling unparalleled flexibility and efficiency. Real-time dynamic tracking technology captures fine details even in confined spaces, while the integrated video photogrammetry module continuously verifies marker positions and maintains consistent volumetric accuracy for large-object scanning.

Completely wireless, the FreeScan Trak Nova empowers users to scan large objects with reliable, high-speed data transmission. Its compact, lightweight design – 1.2 kg for the TE Nova and 1.6 kg for the UE Nova – fits neatly into a single case.

FreeScan Trak ProW

Engineered for high-precision, large-scale measurement, and quality control, FreeScan Trak ProW features an expanded tracking range and marker-free scanning. Its 8.6m tracking range and 206.7m³ scanning volume minimize the need for leapfrogging – boosting efficiency and productivity. SHINING 3D’s patented video-based photogrammetry technology dynamically verifies marker positions without the use of coded markers – delivering superior precision for large-object scanning.

The cable-free design allows unrestricted mobility – backed by an external power bank that extends operating time. Real-time data transmission provides instant access to key metrics such as connection status and tracking distance – guaranteeing smooth, uninterrupted performance during critical scanning tasks.

FreeScan Trak software integrates an inspection module certified by PTB – ensuring full-size inspection capabilities through swift, precise measurements.
