Roboze Reveals FFF Industrial 3D Printer with 13 Materials for Advanced AM Applications

Bari, ITALY 20th Oct 2016 – Roboze, Italian manufacturer of professional 3d printing solutions for rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing applications, unveiled today its newly industrial 3d printer – the Roboze One+400, featuring new innovative high thermoplastic materials for advanced applications.

The new printer aim to provide a solution for producing durable parts for extreme environment testing, including for metal replacement applications. Featuring high technical materials with supreme mechanical properties, it empowers professional users to break the boundaries of plastic additive manufacturing.

Based on the company’s patented Beltless 3d printing technology for high tolerance of 50 micron, the new Roboze One+400 has an external dimension of (x)565 – (y)465 – (z)900 mm. In particular, it has a new set of two redesigned massive extruders, which is the hart of the system. The electronic was totally regenerated and powerful but with simplified management through an intuitive graphical user interface on the color touch screen display. It also presents a pre-tensioning of the wire system that controls the filament in the printing phase and that determines the performance of the spools automatically, basing on the print materials.

robozeone400_lateraleThe scope of this new industrial 3d printer is the ability to print PEEK – (polyetheretherketone), which is one of the highest performing semi-crystalline thermoplastics available today in the market, PEI (Polyether Imide, also known as ULTEM) – which is widely used on professional and production 3d printers, with great mechanical properties, CARBON-PA – reinforced Nylon-12 with 20% Carbon Fiber to achieve the chemical resistant of Nylon & the mechanical properties of carbon fiber, and ABS-ESD – for Electrostatic Discharge Applications. These materials opens up new and exciting applications for heavy industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Medical & Defense.
