3DQue Systems Inc. launched Quinly for Prusa Mini, a reliable and efficient printer automation system for 24/7 high-volume printing. Quinly is a plug and play upgrade for your Prusa Mini that schedules prints, and removes finished parts on its own. The Prusa Mini was designed for use in 3D print farms, making this new solution welcome news for print farm operators as it will decrease operator time while significantly increasing throughput.

Quinly Automation now available for the Prusa Mini “Quinly automation for Prusa Mini decreases the labor involved with your 3D printer or print farm by 90%. You’ll no longer have to manually start prints, apply adhesives, or remove parts” says Steven McCulloch, Quinly product lead. “Quinly automation works best with printers designed for print farms, and Prusa Mini has all the features you’d want for high-volume printing”.

Quinly software allows users to connect to Prusa Mini and control it from a web interface, allowing them to run an entire print farm from your browser. Quinly runs 3D printers for days on end without needing user input or supervision. Operators are notified if filament runs out or if maintenance is required.

The high-performance VAAPR print bed included with Quinly automation for Prusa Mini provides reliable adhesion on its own, eliminating the need for glue or other adhesives. When cooled after printing, the VAAPR print bed completely releases parts, clearing the bed for the next print to begin automatically.

With a fully automated printing process, a Prusa Mini outfitted with Quinly can print hundreds of copies of a part or a custom queue of different parts in series at the press of a button. Quinly for Prusa Mini is available early for beta testing. For more information, you can visit the 3DQue store and sign up for the beta.
