With the launch of its new brand, INSTATIQ, the company is taking a major step toward making 3D concrete printing accessible to the mass market.
While the name has changed, the mission remains to enable the rapid construction of sustainable and cost-effective buildings using advanced 3D printing technology and construction robotics.
Originally introduced as a future concept under the name KARLOS at BAUMA 2022 (along with a dedicated construction 3D printing system), the rebranded INSTATIQ reflects the core principles that define the company’s vision.
The name embodies three key attributes: speed and efficiency in the construction process, structural stability and load-bearing capacity for long-lasting buildings, and intelligence through digital technologies and smart processes. These values continue to serve as the foundation of the company’s approach to modern construction.
As part of this transformation, Putzmeister Group has announced the INSTATIQ P1, also known as Progress One, its first state-of-the-art mobile 3D concrete printer. Set to debut at BAUMA 2025, this innovative machine features a 26-meter robotic arm, designed to enhance flexibility and precision in construction. The INSTATIQ P1 allows for the seamless printing of economic, load-bearing walls directly from BIM models, executed on-site in a single operation.
