PostProcess Technologies and Russia-based Z-AXIS sign distribution agreement

Z-Axis will distribute PostProcess solutions in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and more

PostProcess Technologies, a specialist in automated additive manufacturing finishing solutions, has announced a channel partnership with Russian 3D printer distributor Z-AXIS. Through the distribution agreement, Z-AXIS will offer PostProcess Technologies’ finishing systems to customers across Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia.

Based in Buffalo, New York, PostProcess Technologies has been expanding its distribution network significantly over the past year or so. Most recently, the company announced the expansion of its Channel Partner Network in Europe and the United States. The company also recently enlisted K.K. IRISU as its first distribution partner in Japan. The new partnership agreement with Z-AXIS will enable the company to offer its portfolio of automated AM finishing solutions to an even broader market.

“Just between 2010 to 2018, we have seen a ten-fold increase in the value of the Russian additive manufacturing market,” commented Sergeï Kulakov, Director, International Division at Z-AXIS. “The revolutionary solutions offered by PostProcess Technologies will be increasingly valuable as this customer base continues to expand. We are thrilled at this partnership, which is enabling us with the opportunity to offer digitized end-to-end workflow solutions.”

PostProcess Technologies has also announced a collaboration with Israeli company 3D Alliances, which specializes in the deployment and management of global channel networks for 3D printing companies. This strategic partnership will see 3D Alliances support PostProcess’ recruitment of new sales partners across Europe.
