Polymaker unveils Fiberon and Panchroma 3D printing filament brands

Polymaker has announced the debut of two new product lines, Fiberon and Panchroma, signaling a significant step forward in offering targeted 3D printing materials. The new lineups emphasize the company’s dedication to enhancing functional performance and visual creativity within the filament material extrusion 3D printing segment. Fiberon focuses on delivering advanced composite materials designed for strength and heat resistance, while Panchroma enhances the artistic possibilities of 3D printing with an extraordinary range of colors and surface finishes.

With Fiberon, Polymaker introduces materials like PET-CF17, PETG-rCF08, and PPS-CF10, complementing an existing portfolio that includes PA6-CF20, PA6-GF25, and PA12-CF10. These high-performance composites combine industrial durability with accessibility, enabling users to create stable, heat-resistant parts even with entry-level printers. The availability of such materials broadens the scope for both prototyping and production in demanding applications, where reliability and resistance are paramount.

“Traditionally, desirable material properties like strength or heat resistance required expensive industrial printers. Fiberon challenges this. Advanced materials allow users to print strong, stable, functional parts using entry-level printers. Panchroma, on the other hand, caters to the demand for visually striking and precise 3D prints. Its unique combination of vibrant color options and refined finishes allows designers to effortlessly produce consistent, high-quality results.

The development process behind Panchroma ensures that every filament achieves a uniform appearance, empowering creators to focus on their artistic or functional goals. Polymaker is also working on an online tool to let users preview the full spectrum of Panchroma’s colors and finishes before printing, further simplifying the creative workflow.

To support these new product families, Polymaker has enhanced its packaging for improved functionality and user convenience. Features such as smoother spool rotation and dust prevention reflect the company’s attention to detail and commitment to improving the user experience.
