Phasio, a Singaporean high-tech startup, and AMIS, a developer of production software for batch-based AM technologies, have entered a collaboration to empower users and significantly increase operational speed and accuracy while reducing the potential for human error.
By combining Phasio’s digital workflow solution with AMIS’s Build Preparation capabilities, the combined solutions offer organizations a streamlined order-to-delivery workflow – automating routine tasks and ensuring that critical data is handled with precision.
Phasio handles the entire workflow for Digital Production, from quote to delivery – empowering local manufacturers to scale their operations. When entering the production preparation stage, all necessary data from the Phasio system is automatically transferred into the AMIS Pro Software. Inside AMIS Pro, users can generate builds for any MJF, SLS, binder, or material jetting 3D printer. The result is automatically reported to Phasio, where backlogs are updated and all data concerning the parts is stored for future orders.
“We are thrilled to join forces with AMIS,” said Harry Conor Lucas, CEO of Phasio. “This collaboration is a natural extension of our commitment to enhancing user experience. Our integrated solution not only accelerates processes but also improves overall accuracy, ultimately reducing manual errors and freeing up valuable resources for more strategic tasks.”
“Our collaboration with Phasio represents a significant step forward in providing our clients with a seamless digital ecosystem. The combined strengths of our software platforms deliver a comprehensive solution that meets the evolving needs of today’s AM print service providers and production companies alike,” said Kris Binon, Managing Director of AMIS.
