# Pete Pharma and Fagron form exclusive North American distribution deal for pharmaceutical 3D printing

[US-based pharmaceutical innovator Pete Pharma](https://www.voxelmatters.com/pete-pharma-and-atrium24-partner-to-bring-3d-printing-to-independents/) has formed a distribution and commercialization partnership with Fagron Inc., a global pharmaceutical compounding firm, to extend the reach of pharmaceutical 3D printing across the United States and Canada.

Under the terms of the agreement, Fagron has been appointed as the exclusive reseller of Pete Pharma's 3D printing platform in both countries. The arrangement targets 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies and covers the [full FABRx and Pete Pharma platform](https://www.voxelmatters.com/pete-pharma-brings-pharmaceutical-3d-printing-to-the-us/), which includes the M3DIMAKER hardware, software infrastructure, and associated delivery systems.

The partnership is designed to broaden access to automated solid dosage form manufacturing within the compounding sector. Dosage forms supported by the platform include immediate-release tablets, extended-release formulations, oral films, troches, water-dissolvable tablets, chewables, and suppositories, all produced within a compliant commercial framework.

“This partnership represents a significant step in scaling access to pharmaceutical 3D printing technology,” said Marc Joiner, Co-Founder of Pete Pharma. “Fagron has built a strong global presence within the compounding industry. By aligning our platform with their commercial infrastructure, we are creating a clear pathway for pharmacies to adopt advanced manufacturing capabilities and expand their product offerings.”

Fagron's sales leadership also addressed the significance of the deal for its existing customer network. “This collaboration allows us to bring next-generation pharmaceutical manufacturing solutions to our customers in a structured and scalable way,” said Andrew Allan, Vice President of Sales at Fagron North America.

The two companies stated their shared aim was to modernize compounding through strategic partnerships and advanced manufacturing infrastructure, with a view to enabling pharmacies to increase throughput and offer more differentiated therapies to patients.
