Parts on Demand completes its EOS P 500 fleet with third dual-laser system

Parts on Demand has brought its third EOS P 500 dual-laser system online at its Utrecht facility, completing the expansion of its production fleet. The addition gives the Dutch SLS specialist three P500 platforms running in parallel, each offering over 12,000 cm² of build volume, alongside seven EOS P396 systems for a total of eleven industrial SLS machines in production.

The EOS P500 is a high-throughput dual-laser system designed for series production rather than prototyping, and Parts on Demand has structured its entire operation around that distinction. The company produces between one and 100,000 identical parts per order across six engineering-grade polymer materials, including PA12, PA 950 HD, Carbon LW, PA802CF, PA11, and TPU, with standard lead times from five business days and express delivery within 48 hours.
