OrthoSolutions acquires Meshworks
Accelerating the company’s global mission of advancing foot and ankle care
OrthoSolutions, a foot and ankle medical device manufacturer, has signed a definitive binding agreement to acquire Meshworks (formerly part of the Alloyed group of companies).
Meshworks was formed to create custom orthopedic implants that perfectly fit the intended patient. The company has roots at Oxford and Imperial College London and consists of orthopedic design engineers, additive manufacturing specialists, software engineers, and metallurgists. This multidisciplinary team has been guided by leading surgeons throughout all aspects of its research and development – creating proprietary structures and an exceptional implant creation process coupled with a straightforward surgeon design experience.
