Noztek launches new robotic Infinity Print Conveyor system
Suitable for advanced materials including Carbon, Kevlar composites and other specialized thermoplastics
Extrusion equipment supplier Noztek has unveiled a new Infinity Print Bed Conveyor, which is set to revolutionize robotic 3D printing.
Featuring both print and eject options, along with a continuous printing capability at a 45-degree angle, the system can operate continuously, 24/7, producing thousands of items from a variety of advanced materials including Carbon, Kevlar composites and other specialized thermoplastics.

The heated bed of this advanced Infinity Print Bed Conveyor from Noztek allows for simultaneous printing of multiple parts, maximizing the use of the print area. Upon completion of a print job, the roller is designed to rotate half a turn, efficiently releasing the printed items and readying the bed for subsequent production. This automated process promotes a smooth and efficient workflow, significantly reducing the need for manual oversight.
Additionally, the roller conveyor serves as an infinity print bed, facilitating the creation of exceptionally long 3D prints. By employing a robotic arm to print at a 45-degree angle, the conveyor belt shifts incrementally by 1 degree after each layer. This enables the production of lengthy components constrained only by the workspace available. Users can easily print elongated objects with remarkable precision by attaching support structures to one end of the conveyor.
Constructed with precision, the roller conveyor’s bed features an aluminum subframe and a robust 5mm steel support bed. The top plate is fitted with six independently mounted 750w heater panels, ensuring uniform heating throughout printing. A high-torque stepper motor drives the roller and connects to the robot’s control panel via Ethernet/IP. This roller conveyor measures 1.5 meters in length and 1 meter in width while maintaining a sturdy build and advanced functionalities.
