New Roboze One Supports 10 Materials and Real 25 Micron Resolution

Roboze, the Italian producer of professional solutions for rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing, known in the industry for innovations mechanical accuracy and high performance materials such as PEEK and PEI,  is introducing the New Roboze One. The restyled version of the company’s first model is targeted at top range SMEs.

The New Roboze One 3D printer is a valuable alternative for professionals looking for high quality and material versatility, embracing different applications as well as different necessities and supporting product personalization.

Highlight of the new model include high accuracy. Roboze’s patented Beltless System has already demonstrated the real tolerances of Roboze’s solutions, with real accuracy now reaching 25 microns. No commercial FFF 3D printing technology has ever gone this far.

Moreover, the machine includes a new extruder, designed and produced by Roboze team. Completely in stainless steel, it can reach up to 300° C, widening Roboze’s of supported techno-polymers wider. Along with the materials available in the previous model, suchas ULTRA, STRONG, FLEX e FUNCTIONAL, new material choices include CARBON PA. This materials was engineered for Roboze customers with a Nylon 6 polyamide base reinforced with, 20% carbon fiber for high mechanical resistance for applications metalworking.

The new ASA techno-polymer ensures high weather, UV rays, yellowing and aging resistance, making it ideal for automotive components and outdoor applications. PC-ABS, also available on the new Roboze One mixes polycarbonate mechanical properties and ABS high workability, making the printed parts not only perfectly defined but also featuring great surface finishing. ABS-HD, combines ABS mechanical properties with high quality surface finish for post production operations. The new ABS-ESD, is an advanced polymer with an ABS base modified according to a proprietary formulation with carbon nanotubes and process/loss modifiers, perfect for measurement and survey applications, HDD components, envelops and connectors.

The newly supported PC-ABS material

The new Roboze solution becomes more and more user-friendly and intuitive with a 3.5” touch screen color display. The system is 8 times more accurate, with less vibrations, enabling a consequential reduction of the machine’s noise. These and more new features make it the ideal solution for every work environment, with the addition of new electrical components such as the 24V stepper motors with corner division up to 128 steps. Other highlighted features include stress emergency sensors and buttons, a more powerful ventilation system, which assures great workability with minimal noise, the external SD card input and a USB port.

The New Roboze One will be shown to the public for the first time at Rapid +TCT show, booth 850. The show will be held in Pittsburg from May 8th to 11th, confirming the group’s intentions to continue expansion in the American market.
