Minority Stake in JUNO.AM Acquired by G.D (Coesia Group)
JUNO.AM and its subsidiary JUNO Design—both specialized in additive manufacturing and part of the Bologna-based company Studio Pedrini—are now 30% owned by G.D, an industrial packaging company within the Coesia group.
Studio Pedrini was founded in Bologna in 1983 as a traditional mechanical design firm and began using rapid prototyping technologies in the early 2000s. In 2012, it launched JUNO as a spin-off dedicated to industrial 3D printers.
In 2023, JUNO.AM and JUNO Design recorded a combined turnover of €2 million, with particularly strong growth in their 3D printing service bureau division.
“We have ambitious growth goals, shared by the new governance team and supported by market analysis,” says Michele Monti, Creative Director and CEO of JUNO Design. “After several successful years, despite challenging periods such as the pandemic, the arrival of G.D on our board is a major driver for continuing our development path.”

JUNO.AM, JUNO Design, and Studio Pedrini combine product industrialization capabilities with a strong focus on design and aesthetics, supported by an additive manufacturing department equipped with state-of-the-art industrial systems.
The core strength of the JUNO.AM group lies in a business model that merges the experience of traditional design practice with the natural drive for innovation typical of digital natives—a synthesis that has made JUNO.AM a cutting-edge brand for three generations.
With the new corporate structure, JUNO.AM retains majority control of the group, holding 70% of the shares and ensuring continuity in both operations and strategic direction.
