MakerVerse and ESA BIC Bavaria launch on-demand manufacturing platform

ESA BIC Bavaria, a key incubator for innovative space start-ups, and MakerVerse, a leading platform for sourcing industrial parts, have entered a partnership to accelerate the development and production of innovative technologies for the space industry. The two companies will set up a dedicated platform for custom on-demand manufacturing services, making it easier to create the precise, high-performance parts required by the New Space industry.

This partnership brings together the expertise and resources of two organizations committed to pushing the boundaries of space technology. ESA BIC Bavaria has been instrumental in fostering a dynamic ecosystem for space-related start-ups, while MakerVerse has been transforming manufacturing with its digital platform and fully-vetted global supply chain.

Start-ups can leverage the full range of materials, finishes, and manufacturing methods, including additive manufacturing, CNC machining, and more. Dedicated support and regular project updates ensure timely deliveries, and comprehensive quality inspections and certificates are available as needed.

These services enable start-ups to rapidly develop and produce high-performance components tailored to the unique demands of space applications.
