# Lincotek names Gianluca Fioravanti as Global General Manager of Medical Division

[Lincotek, a global additive manufacturing solutions provider](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/lincotek-additive/), has named Gianluca Fioravanti as Global General Manager of its Medical Division. Fioravanti will report directly to Group CEO Andrea Colombo, and will lead the development and execution of the company's global growth strategy across all regions.

Fioravanti brings more than 25 years of international experience in the medical sector, with a background spanning operations, engineering and general management. He holds a degree in Electronics Engineering and an Executive MBA, and previously held senior roles at Pfizer, Baxter, Novartis, GSK Vaccines and Johnson & Johnson.

“Gianluca brings extensive experience of highly regulated and technologically advanced environments, specifically in the orthopedic industry,” stated Andrea Colombo, Group CEO of Lincotek. “His proven track record of managing complex international environments and driving transformation programs will be highly significant as we work to optimize the service we provide to customers.

Fioravanti most recently served as Senior Operations Global Director at Jabil Healthcare, where he oversaw a network of 12 manufacturing sites across Europe and the US and managed more than 4,000 people.
