The LEHVOSS Group has further expanded its presence in one of the world’s most important high-tech regions, with the founding of the company’s Shenzhen, China, branch. LEHVOSS (Shanghai) Chemical Co. Ltd. Shenzhen is already the fourth branch of the group in China. In addition to the headquarters in Shanghai, and the production site and technology center in Kunshan, there is also a representative office in Dalian.
The main task of the new branch in Shenzhen, China is the expansion of business in the local high-tech industry through intensive technical-commercial and very direct support of LEHVOSS’s customers located in the country, with products from the areas of high-performance compounds (LUVOCOM), technical plastics (LUVOTECH), 3D printing materials, and masterbatches.

The news of this recent expansion comes less than two weeks since the LEHVOSS group announced that it had put another compounding plant into operation at its Hamburg location, after extensive construction work. At the company’s innovation center, the twin-screw extruder used was tailored to the company’s requirements by the manufacturer, KraussMaffei Extrusion GmbH. The high-temperature plant is equipped with various side extruders and dosing for the development of innovative plastic compounds, recyclates, concentrates, additives and hotmelts. A wide range of raw materials – such as granulates, fibers, flakes, powder, and liquids – can also be metered. Newly developed screws, with a special design for an adapted and optimized melt preparation, are also used.
