# Legor and Progold take center stage at Vicenzaoro 2026

From January 16 to 20, 2026, [Legor](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/legor-group-s-p/) and [Progold](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/progold/) are showcasing two complementary facets of innovation in contemporary jewelry at Vicenzaoro 2026 and T.Gold, key international events for technology in the goldsmithing sector.

## Legor at T.Gold 2026: science meets creativity

At T.Gold, the trade fair dedicated to jewelry technologies, Legor presented an integrated vision that combines advanced metallurgy, next-generation galvanic technologies, and additive manufacturing. Based in Bressanvido (Vicenza), the company positions itself as a strategic innovation partner, emphasizing scientific research, material experimentation, and sustainable production processes.

At its booth, visitors could explore Silnova and Andromeda alloys, known for their distinctive technical and chromatic properties, alongside Legor’s new sustainable plating solutions. The company also showcased recent applications of direct metal 3D printing, demonstrating how additive manufacturing is opening new design possibilities while reducing waste and production time.

## Progold and the 10th Progol3D Design Contest

Nearby, Progold S.p.A. of Trissino (Vicenza) marked the tenth edition of the Progol3D Design Contest, an international competition that annually gathers leading jewelry design students to explore the potential of DfAM.

The 2026 edition, themed “Free Volume – Pomellato Earrings in the Additive Era,” invited young designers to reinterpret the earring form using 18K rose gold, platinum, and titanium. From 280 projects submitted by 165 students representing 14 international design schools, the jury selected three winning designs: Drops by Daniel Gayed (Galdus Goldsmith Academy), Embrace by Bianca Mesturini (IED Turin), and Milky Way by Inkan Lee (IED Rome).

Organized in partnership with Pomellato and Platinum Guild International, the Progol3D Contest has become a benchmark for education and applied research in jewelry design, offering young talents the opportunity to experiment with precious metal 3D printing and sustainable production methods.

According to Damiano Zito, CEO of Progold, the contest “brings together talent, technology, and experimentation, giving young designers the opportunity to freely explore the potential of additive manufacturing and bring to life ideas that, until recently, would have been impossible to realize.”
