# LEAP 71 and Sindan partner to industrialize AI-designed aerospace systems in the UAE 

[Sindan, an AI-driven advanced manufacturing company based in Abu Dhabi,](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/sindan/) and [LEAP 71, a computational engineering firm headquartered in Dubai](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/leap71/), formed a strategic partnership at the Make it in the Emirates trade show on May 4 to jointly develop and produce air-breathing jet engines and space propulsion systems.

The stated goal is a continuous path from computational design to serial production, without the iterative cycles typical of conventional aerospace development.

## Physics to hardware

Noyron encodes first-principles physics, engineering logic, and manufacturing constraints into a deterministic model that generates manufacturable designs directly from specifications. LEAP 71 has used it to develop and hot-fire test dozens of liquid-propellant rocket engines across multiple architectures, including liquid methane engines exceeding 20 kN of thrust, with timelines from concept to test measured in weeks.

"Combined with Sindan's 'lights-out' production, this enables a rapid path from specification to manufactured hardware."

## Leveraging Sindan's state-of-the-art AM services

Sindan operates one of the region's most advanced additive manufacturing platforms, with a proprietary AI layer connecting design, production, and operational intelligence. The company serves aerospace, energy, mobility, healthcare, and advanced industrial sectors across the UAE.
