ICON and New Story create $4,000 3D printed house for the developing world

The ICON 3D printed house was unveiled in March 2108 in Austin, TX and was built using a prototype of the mobile printer that Austin-based ICON is creating for the association New Story and the developing world.
The production version of the printer will have the ability to print a single story, 600-800 square foot home in under 24 hours for less than $4,000. As a part of this effort, ICON has developed cutting-edge materials tested to the most recognized standards of safety, comfort and resiliency and is designed to function with nearly zero waste production methods and work under unpredictable constraints (limited water, power, and labor infrastructure) to tackle housing shortages.
New Story worked with ICON, to build a 3D printer specifically to address the needs of the one billion people live without a basic human need: shelter. Linear improvements will never reach this market and New Story is looking for a quantum leap in affordability, speed, and quality to reach families exponentially faster. The first community will be built in El Salvador.
The Next Phase of R&D
New Story is seeking $600,000 from Founding Innovation Partners by April 13th. This funding will enable the initiative to complete the development of the Printer in preparation for creating the very first community of printed homes in El Salvador. This will serve as an exemplary community, moving into Phase III: scaling 3D home printed communities throughout the developing world.
Deploying the $600k will include: engineering improvements to the printer and software development and also rigorous testing (seismic testing, structural housing codes, and more). The money will also be used for transporting the printer from Austin, TX to El Salvador and for on-site training for locals, and testing/optimizing on-site prints.
I am interested in investing in ICON. What is the minimum investment a private individual can invest, or alternatively, how can an individual invest in ICON.
