GH Induction introduces new service organization for 3D printed coils
SERVINDUCTORS helps customers transition from traditional to 3D printed inductors

GH Induction, a specialist in induction heating systems and copper AM, has announced the launch of a new service organization for its clients. The new service, called SERVINDUCTORS, will enable GH Induction to further establish its position as a leading supplier of inductors in Spain, Portugal and beyond.
GH Induction has been on our radar for some time: the company was one of the first to offer 3D printed copper inductors made using electron beam manufacturing (EBM) technology. With its new SERVINDUCTORS service, the company is making it easier for its clients to order and maintain their inductors to make the most out of their investment in GH Induction’s products.
Inductors play an important role in any induction system and, as a consumable, are also responsible for many maintenance expenses over the course of a system’s lifespan. As GH Induction sees it, if copper inductors are supported by good monitoring and preventive actions, their lifespan can be increased.
The new service therefore gives clients access to a specialized consultant with whom they can express doubts, receive support for problems, find solutions and achieve improved purchasing conditions for inductors. Notably, the service will make it easier for customers to transition from traditional inductors to 3D printed copper coils. Overall, the aim of the service is to allow customers to move away from traditional spare part supply workflows and work directly with the inductor manufacturer.
SERVINDUCTORS comprises four main areas: the commercial division responsible for customer satisfaction; the applications area which has its own laboratory for developing and monitoring inductors; the production area with systems to control the service life of each inductor; and the quality area which records parameters for traceability and continuous improvement with strict quality protocols.
As mentioned, SERVINDUCTORS will be available in Spain and Portugal, and GH Induction plans to eventually extend the service to the rest of the countries in which it operates in the near future.
