Formnext + PM South China to premiere in September 2020

From September 9 to 11, 2020, the first-ever Formnext + PM South China trade show for the additive manufacturing and powder metallurgy industries will take place in Shenzhen, China. Prompted by the rapid development of both sectors in China, the trade show offers suppliers and users comprehensive business opportunities in advanced materials and innovative production methods.

Petra Haarburger, Managing Director of Mesago Messe Frankfurt, the organizer of Formnext in Frankfurt, explains: “Formnext + PM South China offers both Chinese and international additive manufacturers an exceptional platform in the highly dynamic southern China region.” The Greater Bay Area around Shenzhen is regarded as a hotbed of innovation and a major driver for the economy. Formnext + PM South China is being jointly organized by partners Guangzhou Guangya Messe Frankfurt Co Ltd and Uniris Exhibition Shanghai Co Ltd. Both are established trade show organizers with more than ten years of industry experience in the region and an impressive list of reference customers throughout the country. Uniris Exhibition Shanghai Co Ltd previously successfully organized the Powder Metallurgy (PM) Expo South China. With the support of Messe Frankfurt’s extensive global network of branch and sales offices, the new trade show will be widely promoted on relevant national and international media channels, online portals, and social media. Exhibitors will also benefit from Uniris’ experience in vertical markets related to the powder metallurgy industry.

Once the venue construction is completed, the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center will be one of the largest and most state-of-the-art exhibition centers in the world.
