FLSUN launches high-speed T1 desktop printer
With a maximum printing speed of 1000mm/s and an acceleration of 30000 mm/s²
FLSUN, a Chinese 3D printing technology developer, has launched its latest desktop system – the Flsun T1. The printer has a high-temp hot-end kit, a new HT dual-gear direct extruder, a high-speed motor, and a CPAP high-pressure turbofan. These features enable the T1 to achieve a maximum printing speed of 1000mm/s and an acceleration of 30000 mm/s² – making it approximately twice as fast as some competitors. Its maximum flow rate of 90 mm³/s is nearly 3x higher than other printers in its class.
The Delta structure of the T1 ensures stability and precision while allowing for a larger print area. With a build volume of 260 x 260 x 330mm, the T1 can produce larger or multiple parts, simultaneously. The printer also includes the in-house-developed FlsunSlicer software – providing full access to 3D printing parameters and enabling users to create custom files within the system.
The T1 features a collaborative system designed to enhance ease of use and minimize manual intervention. It employs dual sensors – a weight sensor and a pressure sensor – for precise bed leveling at the press of a button. An integrated AI camera, which can be mounted inside or outside the printer, offers real-time, remote monitoring and time-lapse photography. Additionally, the optimized input shaping algorithm ensures smooth, flawless model surfaces by minimizing vibrations.
The FLSUN T1 is now available with an early bird price of $499.
