The Cazza X1 is a 3D printing robot used to build houses, villas, shelters, warehouses, prefab modules, commercial buildings and free-standing structures up to 5m in height. Cazza robots can reduce the time and cost of building by traditional methods. In the case of constructing a 2000 square foot two-story house, it would take 8 days and be up to 30% more cost-effective in comparison to traditional build methods.

The robot is mounted on a mobile platform making it easy to maneuver and build structures directly onsite and flexible manufacturing indoors for prefabrication. The robot uses Cazza’s special mix of concrete that can be adaptable to location and climate. It has continuous tracks making it mobile, easy to maneuver and able to build structures directly onsite or indoors for prefabrication structures.

A special set of plastic reinforced covers to protect the robot from any environmental hazards. Avoiding accidents and minimizing risks is a top priority for Cazza. Our X1 system is equipped with a set of sensors that detect the presence of people, preventing hazards for the personnel. Designed to require minimum training in Robot control and navigation. Our X1 system UI is developed to make all processes intuitive and easy to execute.

Designed to minimize human labor, construction processes are up to 40% more efficient in comparison to using conventional construction methods. Cazza is accepting pre-orders. X1 system is heavily anticipated and the first production set will be limited to 30 units.
