Farsoon partners with Japan 3D Printer Co. Ltd, signalling entry into new market

Chinese 3D printing company Farsoon Technologies is expanding into a new national market through a distribution partnership with Japan 3D Printer Co. Ltd. The Tokyo-based company, a supplier of industrial additive manufacturing solutions, will now sell Farsoon’s SLS 3D printers on the Japanese market.

To kick start the partnership, Japan 3D Printer Co. Ltd will install Farsoon’s high-temperature HT403P 3D printer at its Demo Center, where customers will be able to see the industrial SLS technology first hand. According to the distribution firm, the Japanese market has eagerly adopted fused filament fabrication technologies and is ripe for other industrial 3D printing solutions such as SLS.

We believe the introduction of Farsoon’s high-quality SLS technology will have a profound impact on industrial manufacturing in Japan.”

Farsoon’s SLS 3D printing technology will join Japan 3D Printer Co., Ltd’s existing distribution portfolio, which includes various 3D printing products from Raise3D, Markforged and UP 3D, as well as materials from BASF. To date, the company has served over 4,000 industrial customers as well as 300 research institutes across Japan.
