FABulous 3D Printing Community Final Event Set for December 13/14th

On 13th & 14th of December, Bilbao will welcome the presentation of the most innovative software based products and services related to 3D printing and digital manufacturing. The meeting will also include workshops, real-life testimonials, a pitching competition and networking. At the Euskalduna Congress Centre, the only European 3D Printing startup Accelerator in Europe organizes a meetup for its vibrant community consisting of over 150 people.

FABulous, the Future Internet Business Acceleration Program for 3D Printing Services, will gather in Bilbao 30 teams of the current FABulous startup portfolio, who will present their innovative commercial applications based on FIWARE for the 3D Printing consumer, industrial markets and digital manufacturing. Anyone interested in making business or in knowing how to make business using Internet technologies applied to additive manufacturing is most welcome to participate in this closure event of the Acceleration Program CARSA’s been coordinating for more than 2 years.

During 2 days, attendees will get the chance to attend a mix of hands-on workshops, real-life testimonials, pitching competition and networking. The meeting will gather entrepreneurs from 20 different European countries, investors, corporate VCs like TRUMPF and EOS, 3D Printing adopters from the traditional manufacturing industries and mentors active in putting forward innovative businesses.

A “FABuous” lineup has been designed for the program with presentations on various of the key issues for future successful companies. Experts will address for instance Human Resources and talent, relationships/partnering with Corporates and VCs, facing growth and its difficulties as well as insights and understanding the customer buying process.

There’s also going to be an exhibition area where the startups will be able to showcase their product/service and promote their brand. This area will also be used for networking conversations between attendees throughout the whole event.
