ExOne hardware installed base has reached 295 units worldwide

ExOne, one of the pioneers in the binder jetting AM segment, revealed that the ExOne hardware installed base has reached 295 systems worldwide. Of these, the majority – 160 units – are sand 3D printers, used for molds and casts (but also for some final parts) while the rest – 135 – units are metal 3D printers, also used mainly for prototypes but now moving increasingly into high-throughput production.

X1 25Pro
The latest innovation in metal 3D binder jet printing from ExOne, the X1 25Pro enables users to print with a diverse range of MIM powders at an increased production volume. The X1 25Pro is a scale-up from the Innovent+ and includes ExOne’s latest recoating technology.

The S-Print 3D core and sand mold system combines a compact structure with an extremely versatile range of applications. With the flexibility to select any binder system available at ExOne, S-Print sand molds can be made to accommodate a variety of casting materials for rapid product development and short-run production.

The S-Max Pro covers the full range of 3D sand printing from prototyping to serial production and is able to process all ExOne binder systems.
