# ExOne Global Holdings sets board as it integrates ExOne and voxeljet

[ExOne Global Holdings](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/exone/) has set its board of directors, naming Anzu Partners co-founding Managing Partner Whitney Haring-Smith as chair alongside CEO Eric Bader, former ExOne CEO John Hartner, voxeljet executive Rudolf Franz and Anzu Partners Senior Principal Jenna Abelli.

The lineup ties together leadership from the two binder-jetting businesses and the investment firm backing the consolidation. ExOne Global was formed to unify ExOne and voxeljet under a single holding structure controlled by Anzu Partners, with Bader leading the combined organization and Franz taking a board seat tied to integration and international market development.

Whitney Haring-Smith chairs ExOne Global’s board and brings an investment and industrial-technology background from Anzu Partners and prior work at Boston Consulting Group. CEO Eric Bader, a director, has led ExOne’s European operations since joining as CFO in 2015 and oversees execution and market development across EMEA and Asia-Pacific.

In addition, Director John Hartner is the former CEO of The ExOne Company and has decades of leadership experience in automation, electronics, and digital printing. Director Rudolf Franz, a member of voxeljet's founding leadership team, focuses on integrating ExOne and voxeljet while expanding internationally. Director Jenna Abelli, an Anzu Partners senior principal, adds experience in investment diligence, commercialization strategy and M&A, along with prior engineering work at Continental Tire.

The company describes its board’s remit as supporting “disciplined scaling,” international market development, and partnership-led growth, with ExOne Global focusing on binder jetting for production and tooling, as well as engineering services, applications development, and field support.
