Ermaksan Additive presents metal AM portfolio at Expo 3D Istanbul 2026
Turkish manufacturer highlighted laser powder bed fusion systems for aerospace, medical and dental production
Ermaksan Additive brought its metal additive manufacturing lineup to Expo 3D Istanbul 2026, exhibiting at the Istanbul Expo Center alongside AM professionals, industrial users, researchers and technology partners.
Among the systems on display was the ENAVISION 120, a compact printer that uses laser powder bed fusion to build small, high-precision metal parts. The machine is targeted at lab-scale settings, among them dental labs, university facilities and research centers where component size and development work matter more than volume.
Three other systems, the ENAVISION 150 Dual Laser, ENAVISION 165 and ENAVISION 250, complete Ermaksan Additive’s metal AM lineup, each aimed at different build sizes and output levels. Customers can move up from the 120 as their part dimensions or production volumes grow, from dental and research work through heavier industrial runs.
Ermaksan Additive’s offering goes beyond the machines themselves, pairing the systems with application engineering, material know-how and contract part production for customers moving from prototypes and research projects into functional and industrial parts.
The company’s printers process titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, and nickel- and cobalt-based alloys, materials it claims support lightweight, durable and geometrically complex parts across aerospace, defense, medical, dental, automotive and energy work.
“Additive manufacturing is becoming an increasingly important part of advanced production strategies. Our focus is not limited to developing metal 3D printers; we are building technological capabilities that bring together machine development, laser technologies, materials, applications and engineering expertise,” said Ahmet Özkayan, Vice Chairman and General Manager of Ermaksan.
“With a product portfolio designed for different production scales and application requirements, we aim to make metal additive manufacturing accessible to a wide range of users, from research laboratories to advanced industrial manufacturers.
“Expo 3D Istanbul was an important opportunity to share these capabilities with the industry and explore new areas where metal additive manufacturing can create value.”
