Eplus3D enters new dental and industrial 3D printing partnerships

Demonstrating compatibility with Eisenbacher Dentalwaren's KeraS metal powder, and expanding its presence in the Austrian market with Prirevo

Eplus3D, a leader in industrial additive manufacturing systems, has recently entered two significant partnerships with both Eisenbacher Dentalwaren, focused on the dental industry, and Prirevo, focused on distribution within the Austrian market.

Eisenbacher Dentalwaren

Eplus3D and Eisenbacher Dentalwaren have collaborated on a development project – successfully demonstrating the compatibility of Eisenbacher’s KeraS metal powder with Eplus3D’s metal 3D printers. This achievement is pivotal in producing dental frameworks of the highest quality, meeting the stringent DIN EN ISO 22674 standards for type 5 alloys.

The synergy of KeraS metal powder and Eplus3D’s advanced 3D printing technology enables dental laboratories globally to create superior dental prostheses, crowns, bridges, and implants. This partnership is particularly timely as it aligns with the EU’s Medical Device Regulation (MDR) compliance requirements. Eplus3D’s commitment to validating a variety of dental sector metal powders and their open machine architecture broadens the material choices for dental laboratories. The validation of further alloys with Eisenbacher is also nearing completion.

Eplus3D ensures ongoing support for its clients in the dental industry, assisting in the implementation and maintenance of certified processes. This includes regular production of sample components to verify the functionality of these certified processes.

Prirevo

Eplus3D enters new dental and industrial 3D printing partnerships with Eisenbacher Dentalwaren and Prirevo. In a strategic move to strengthen its foothold in the Austrian market, Eplus3D has partnered with Prirevo. This partnership was cemented at the Global Partner Summit in China, recognizing Prirevo’s expertise in hardware solutions and exceptional service provision.

Prirevo will commence nationwide sales of Eplus3D’s MPBF (Metal Powder Bed Fusion/SLM) and PPBF (Polymer Powder Bed Fusion/SLS) solutions in Austria. “Incorporating Eplus3D systems into our portfolio not only enriches our machine offerings for the industrial sector but also enhances our current service range with the addition of the cutting-edge EP-P420 model,” said Szilard Molnar, Managing Director of Prirevo.

The collaboration allows Eplus3D to effectively cater to end-user demands – leveraging Prirevo’s vast customer network and commitment to quality and on-site service. Prirevo’s addition of the EP-P420, featuring polymer powder bed fusion technology and significant build volume, enhances their manufacturing capabilities, especially for serialized automotive components.

Prirevo’s innovation center will showcase the EP-P420 demo system – allowing interested parties to experience firsthand the capabilities of Eplus3D systems.
