# DSH Technologies and Elnik Systems consolidate under one roof in North Carolina

[DSH Technologies, a toll debinding and sintering service provider](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/dsh-technologies/) for the metal injection molding and metal additive manufacturing industries, relocated its operations to Pineville, North Carolina, where it joined sister company [Elnik Systems](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/elnik-systems/) at its manufacturing headquarters.

Stefan Joens, president of both companies, moved Elnik Systems to its Pineville facility in 2023, retaining roughly 75% of its New Jersey-based workforce at the time. DSH Technologies' relocation follows the same path, consolidating the two organizations in a single site for the first time.

"By bringing these two companies together, we are better positioned to serve our customers and grow both businesses while continuing to deliver the high-quality sintering capabilities and innovative solutions our customers and partners expect from us," said Stefan Joens, President of Elnik Systems and DSH Technologies.

## Shared equipment, shared floor

DSH Technologies has operated since 1999 as a technology-agnostic contract service provider, offering recipe development, troubleshooting, training, and toll sintering to MIM and metal AM companies. The organization runs the full range of Elnik Systems furnace equipment on behalf of its customers—a workflow that the physical co-location is designed to tighten.

"This relocation brings the expertise of both companies together in a single facility and advances our shared goal of innovating faster and delivering new solutions to the market," said Bryan Sherman, Chief Metallurgist at DSH Technologies.

Elnik Systems engineers and manufactures its AM/MIM3000 batch debinding and sintering furnace at the Pineville facility, serving customers across aerospace, defense, healthcare, and consumer markets. The company has completed more than 700 projects globally since its founding in 1969.
