The company received and installed the ExOne 160Pro metal 3D printer at the company’s New Technology Center this month. With a build box size of 800 x 500 x 400 mm, this is the largest metal 3D printer with full commercial availability on the market. The company intends to use it to support customers with complex metal components for serial production.

  • Prototypes in two weeks or less: 6-inch cube maximum part size in 17-4 PH Stainless Steel
  • Prototypes in four weeks or less: 2-inch cube maximum part size in 316L Stainless Steel, M2 Tool Steel, and 4140 Steel
