Divide by Zero sells its 1100th 3D printer

Indian company Divide by Zero has sold its 1100th 3D printer, emerging as India’s leading industrial 3D printer manufacturer. Recently, the 1100th machine, model AION NX, was selected for SCET Engineering College’s additive manufacturing lab, with the installation and inauguration of the lab taking place in the presence of Transportation Minister Nitin Gadkari.

With one of the largest bed sizes in its class, the AION NX can handle 3D prints of 1000 X 1000 X 1000 mm on a magnetic PEI platform on a heated bed. It features a high precision extruder for handling temperatures of up to 30°C, supporting materials PLA, PETG, PLA Tough and TPU up 5 times faster than other 3D printers in the same class. The AION NX Extruder is fitted with a precision nozzle with diameter of 06/0.8 mm and a maximum travel speed of 100mm/sec.

The name Divide by Zero signifies infinity, to reflects the company’s infinite passion. With a background experience in handling and maintaining CNC machines, the company’s founder developed a 3D printer that operates on the same principle as a CNC machine, aspiring to carve a niche as a smart and efficient producer which creates simple products with advanced techniques. Divide by Zero technologies focuses on continuous R&D to come up with new designs and concepts in existing products and their functionality and also on introducing higher-end 3D printing and other CNC technology
