This trail-ready backpack, born from the collaboration with polymer specialists OECHSLER, brings 3D printing innovation straight to the shoulders of the most demanding riders.

OECHSLER, known for its advanced polymer solutions in the automotive, medical (insoles) and consumer products sectors, has brought top-level engineering into the outdoor world. The result is a 3D printed Airstripes back system with viscoelastic foam that provides unmatched anatomical adaptability. At the heart of this technology lies a memory foam spine protector that molds perfectly to your back and stays firmly in place, even on the roughest terrain. This means you can push your limits on the downhill with full confidence in your safety.

The use of 3D printing here enables a functional revolution that enhances comfort, ventilation, and protection. The Airstripes back system has been completely reengineered using breathable 3D mesh that optimizes airflow and reduces weight. Thanks to its strategic ventilation channels and reduced contact surface, the backpack ensures effective air circulation across more than 80 percent of your back. This translates into less sweat and more comfort, especially during intense climbs.
