Bambu Lab launches CyberBrick RC toy 3D printing system

CyberBrick, a spinoff from the MakerWorld team at Bambu Lab, has launched on Kickstarter. This ecosystem merges modular design, community-driven innovation, and 3D printing to create an interactive way for makers and families to learn, play, and build together.

At its core, CyberBrick features smart modules that allow users to build various 3D printed projects, from remote-controlled vehicles to interactive robots. Designed for both beginners and experts, these compact modules use SMD patch technology, micro interfaces, and a solderless design for seamless integration. They offer hassle-free Bluetooth connectivity and ready-to-use configurations, along with intuitive parameter tuning and MicroPython programming for advanced customization.

Beyond creativity, CyberBrick serves as a powerful STEM learning tool – transforming play into an engaging educational experience. It encourages families to explore coding, electronics, and mechanical engineering together. Users can print and assemble projects, adjust channel binding settings, experiment with event-based programming, modify MicroPython code, design custom CAD components, and share their own CyberBrick-compatible projects.

To make CyberBrick accessible, the Kickstarter campaign offers both DIY kits for users with 3D printers and complete sets with pre-printed parts. The campaign launches on March 15th, with shipping set to begin on April 15th.
