Carbon is a 3D printing technology company that helps businesses develop better products and bring them to market in less time. Carbon’s DLS process combines versatile printers, advanced software and best-in-class materials to deliver functional parts with end-use performance and aesthetics, helping engineers and designers to create products that outperform.

“Debbra’s experience speaks for itself and we could not be more excited to add her expertise to Carbon’s leadership team. She brings a wealth of industry knowledge and customer-centric selling strategies that will help Carbon build a high level of rigor and engagement to create an engine of growth,” said Kullman. “We’re encouraged by Carbon’s growth trajectory and are confident that with Debbra at the helm of revenue generation we’ll continue to exceed our ambitions.”

At GE Additive, Rogers was responsible for all commercial processes, commercial excellence, sales force effectiveness, marketing and communications. During her tenure, Rogers collaborated on numerous acquisitions, integrating and creating a process to sell a comprehensive product portfolio across a newly built commercial team. Prior to GE Additive, Rogers was President and CEO of Paradata, an optimization data platform company, where she pivoted the company into the supply chain industry and led two rounds of funding. Rogers also climbed the ranks at Flextronics International, ultimately leading revenue growth and strategy development as Senior Vice President of Sales, Solutions and Strategy.

“I am a true believer that additive manufacturing is the most crucial element in accelerating the shift toward smart manufacturing. Organizations are seeing its impressive impact across product design, manufacturing, supply chains, and sustainability initiatives,” said Rogers. “I’m joining Carbon because they are at the forefront of ensuring customers are successful during this transformation. The unique technology, stellar leadership team, and fast-paced startup environment has me excited to lead the go-to-market strategy.”
