Bibus Menos, the longest-running distributor of professional 3D Printers in Poland, does not need to be introduced to industry representatives. The company is operating, among others, in the fields of pneumatics, mechatronics, industrial automation, power hydraulics and 3D Printing, consistently offering products of over 50 recognized world manufacturers. The Bibus Memos portfolio has just been enriched with VSHAPER industrial 3D Printing solutions.

BIBUS MENOS Sp. z  o.o. is a Polish-Swiss company, which started its activity on the Polish market in 1994 as MENOS Sp. z o.o. After several years, the company joined BIBUS HOLDING, which operates in more than 20 countries in Europe and Asia, giving the company the opportunity to actively use the Group’s 70-year experience and multicultural know-how.

The 3D Printing Department was created in 2006 as a response to increasing demand for 3D services and growing interest in rapid prototyping. The adventure with additive technology began with the cooperation with Z-Corporation, now called 3D Systems, later the company extended  their offer with technology from Objet Geometries (now Stratasys), EOS and Lithoz.

“This year we have expanded our portfolio with MakerBot and Rapid Shape. Introducing VSHAPER will allow us to offer systems tailored to the needs of professionals” – said Piotr Mikulski, Head of 3D Printing Department at BIBUS MENOS Sp. z o.o.

The distributor believes that VSHAPER 450, VSHAPER PRO and their customization capabilities will be of great interest to customers.

The VSHAPER 450 printer stands out with 450/450/450 mm workspace and the choice of patented extruders: VPREC-SINGLE or VPREC-DOUBLE allowing the use of two materials in one printing process. The VSHAPER PRO, awarded with MTP 2017 Gold Medal, is one of world’s few PEEK  and PEI printing machines able to print in 450°C. It is a modern industrial device dedicated for creating 3D Prints characterized by higher mechanical and thermal endurance.

“We do our best to provide a comprehensive service for every individual order. We value the flexibility and experience of the VSHAPER printer manufacturer in delivering industry-specific solutions. Observing the activity and potential of the VSHAPER team I am convinced that together we can offer advanced systems that fit into the idea of Industry 4.0” – added Piotr Mikulski.

Apart from additive systems BIBUS MENOS Sp. z o.o. also offers 3D Printing services in technologies like FDM, PolyJet, SLS, DMLS and LCM. The company also provides training and consulting in choosing technology and equipment for laboratories and tool rooms.

“Working with a company that has delivered more than 100 industrial 3D Printing systems in a variety of technologies, is a chance for us to develop products and work on  technologies different that Fused Deposition Modeling. I hope for a  fruitful cooperation, with mutual benefits” – concluded Tomasz Szymański,  the founder and CEO of VERASHAPE.
