The BASSETTI Group reinforced its external growth strategy by acquiring 3DTRUST, a German firm whose activities mainly relate to the development and publishing of an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software specifically for additive manufacturing.
Editor and integrator of software for the industry for nearly 30 years, and a pioneer in materials data management, BASSETTI is thus complementing its current software suite. BASSETTI’s TEEXMA Materials solution, a benchmark software package in the world of R&D, will thus benefit from additional tools and modules allowing it to strengthen its presence in an expanding market.

This is made possible by the partnerships concluded with leading manufacturers of industrial 3D printers, enabling real-time production data collection and traceability throughout the value chain.
3DTRUST has also developed a materials management module allowing digital management of stocks, actions and the genealogy of powders used for additive manufacturing.
After having successfully equipped big names in aeronautics, automotive and medical, 3DTRUST continues to grow by joining forces with the BASSETTI group in order to offer its customers an innovative solution for the management of their additive manufacturing plants.
Moreover, this strategic expansion, which results from the involvement of the BASSETTI Group in many innovative projects relating to the additive manufacturing market, is part of the continuity of the partnership, set up in 2020, with Senvol – Base most comprehensive data in terms of materials and machines for additive manufacturing processes.
The 3DTRUST MES software connects perfectly to the Senvol database, which allows it to retrieve material data used for the manufacture of parts, with precise commercial designations.
Thus, through this complementarity, BASSETTI will be the only company able to offer digitalization and complete management of the entire Additive Manufacturing value chain, from design, to its implementation, to the management of the production center.
